After you’ve completed your Health Sitter profile, the SitByCare team will review it and reach out to you at the email you used to sign up within 24 to 48 hours.
If the SitByCare team determines that your profile needs adjustments, we will send you an email letting you know what needs to be changed and how to make the change.
Once you’ve updated your profile, click the resubmit button.
Once your profile is approved and you pass a background check, your Health Sitter profile will be viewable on the SitByCare site.
