Cancelling a service can be accessed through your calendar or Dashboard. Select the upcoming bookings tab and then choose the request you want to cancel.Tap Cancel booking to finalize your changes. You may be asked the reason for cancellations to determine the refund.
Depending on the cancellation policy & reasons for cancelling after booking, you may receive a full or partial refund. Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment within 1 – 3 business days from the date you or the sitter canceled the request. In some cases the refunds may go into your SitByCare credit account to be used towards the next booking.
Note: Refunds may take longer depending on your bank’s processing times.
