How do I know if I booked a service for my friend/spouse/loved one?

Once you submit payment for a booking and your Health Sitter accepts the booking request, you’ll receive a booking confirmation email from SitByCare along with an Itinerary of the service booked. A copy of the itinerary will be sent to the sitter as well with all the details of the job. You can also view your confirmed bookings on your Dashboard & Calendar.

If If you don’t see your request in the Upcoming Bookings section of your Dashboard, view Pending Requests on your booking section of the Dashboard.

If your request is pending, then your Health Sitter may not have accepted the booking. It’s also possible that you didn’t submit payment for the request. Reach out to your Health Sitter directly to see if they’re still available to accept the booking.
