What should I do if I’m running late for a SitByCare On Demand booking?

SitByCare On Demand is a bit different from other services on SitByCare, because you often won’t have a chance to prepare before the booking. To build trust and ensure your client has a positive experience with SitByCare On Demand, it’s important that you arrive on time.

If you’re running late, please do the following:

Be communiive with the client, even if you’re running late by a few minutes. Keeping the client actively informed is a great way to earn their trust and demonstrate that you’re doing everything you can to arrive in a timely manner.

Stay in communiion with SitByCare. If you haven’t started the booking by the scheduled time, SitByCare Support will check in with you via text message. Please respond and let us know your estimated arrival time. This will allow us to assist both you and your client if necessary.

Note: If we don’t hear back from you within 30 minutes, we may need to cancel the booking to ensure your client receives timely care.
