Should I request reviews from my clients?

It’s a great idea to encourage clients to leave a review after working with you. Reviews are important because:

  • They’re displayed on your public Health Sitter profile. Great reviews will encourage new clients to book with you.

  • Maintaining a high star rating lets potential clients know your current clients love working with you.

How do clients leave reviews?

After your first booking has ended, your client will automatically receive an email from SitByCare asking them to leave a review.

You can also encourage clients to leave reviews by messaging them directly. We recommend being kind, gracious, and brief in your message—you could say something like, “I really enjoyed sitting with Tabbitha. If It isn’t too much trouble, would you mind leaving me a review?”
